Smart casual.

Jeans are acceptable but no shorts or sweats. Bride will be in dress and boots, groom will be in jeans/slacks and sport coat.

Semi-formal.

Men in dress pants and shirt, tie and jacket optional. Women in dress, jumpsuit, or dress pants. No jeans or shorts please.

Black tie optional.

We would love to see you dress up for our wedding day! For men, feel free to rent a tuxedo through Black Tux, Men's Wearhouse, or Jos.A.Bank and conveniently pick up and return in Louisville. If renting a tux is not in your plans, please wear a matching dark suit and tie/bow tie. For ladies, a formal midi length dress, full length dress, pant suit, or ball-gown is acceptable.

Please note that the ceremony will be on grass so plan your shoe choice accordingly.

Due to capacity constraints, we can only adhere to the number directed on your invitation. We can't wait to see you!

While we love your children, we have decided this will be an adults-only event. Feel free to make this a date night and book a babysitter.

Transportation will be provided from the two hotel blocks in downtown Louisville. Shuttle leaves The Grady Hotel at 4:30 PM and Homewood Suites at 4:40 PM sharp.

All wedding guests are able to use the shuttle, not just hotel guests. Please indicate on the RSVP card if you will be utilizing the shuttle.

The ceremony and cocktail hour is outdoors while the reception will be indoors. October in Louisville will still be in the high 60s/low 70s so outdoors should be comfortable.

The venue specifically shared that while ubers may accept your ride out to the venue, it may be difficult to find an uber back into the city at 11 PM.

There is free parking at the venue.

We recommend coming out via W Hwy 42 instead of the highway.

Once you turn onto Old Westport Road, continue straight and pass the 'Private Entrance' sign until you arrive at the 'Showbarn' sign with gated entrance on the right. Pull ahead to the circle where you will be directed.
