We only accept online RSVP. To do so, navigate to the RSVP tab and enter your party name. Follow the prompts and you're done!

Guests are responsible for their own transportation to the Lodge. The Lodge is within the Cedars of Lebanon State Park located at 856-1588 Cedar Forest Rd, Lebanon, TN 37090. From I-40, head south on Murfreesboro Rd for roughly 7.5 miles, then turn left on Cedar Forest Rd. Follow that road into the park and you will see the Lodge on your right. There is parking across the street from the Lodge and a parking lot adjacent to it. From 840, take Exit 65 and turn right onto 452-E. After 4.5 miles, turn right onto US-231N. After 5.2 miles, turn right onto Cedar Forest Rd. Follow that road until you see the Lodge on your right. There is parking across the street from the Lodge and a parking lot adjacent to it.

The Cedars Forest Lodge is an inside venue, but the weather in Tennessee (even in December) can be unpredictable. We recommend bringing a jacket or coat in case it's drafty.

Dressy Casual: For women - dress, blouse & skirt, dressy pant outfit, nice jeans & dressy top. For men - sport coat or blazer, polo shirt, button-down, dress shirt, tie optional

Our wedding & reception will be held in the same location. When you arrive, you will sit at the same table you'll be at for the reception. No movement requried!

We will be serving light snacks during the reception. If you have any dietary restrictions please email Jacki at jacquelyn.billings@gmail.com to let her know.

We know that weddings are exciting and memorable moments. That's why we've hired an amazing photographer to capture those special moments for us! As our guests, we want you to be part of the moment with us without worrying about getting that shot. So we ask that guests please refrain from taking photos on their devices during the ceremony and allow our photographer to do the heavy lifting.

The closest airport to Lebanon is Nashville International Airport (BNA).

There are several hotels in Lebanon if you wish to stay there. The Econo Lodge (829 S. Cumberland St, $74/night), Comfort Suites (904 Murfreesboro Rd, $89/night), Candlewood Suites (110 Willard Hagan Dr., $125/night), Holiday Inn Express & Suites Lebanon-Nashville Area (826 S. Cumberland St. $134/night), Fairfield Inn & Suites (1145 Franklin Rd, $153/night) are all great options.
