We met on Match.com. Our first date was November 6, 2020. We zoomed on the computer, had some wine, and talked for quite a while. Covid had taken over and everything was shutting down. Our second date was November 8th. It was a real in-person date where we ate outside at a restaurant and hiked around Naperville.

Road trip! We drove to North Carolina for a special friend's wedding. On our way, we stopped in Chagrin Falls, OH to look around and visited my childhood home. What an experience! The kind people that live there even gave us a tour!

Our first trip to Traverse City, MI. We did a lot of wine tasting on the Old Mission Peninsula.

Adam and I went to Galena, IL with his family for a for a "chocolate walk" for Valentine's Day.

This was our trip to Paisley Park in Minnesota. We toured Prince's home and went to First Avenue for the 40th anniversary of the Purple Rain concert with the Warcholek's and Harrel.

Our second trip to Traverse City, MI! Adam proposed on the beach of our hotel, Grand Beach Resort Hotel. There just so happened to be a random lady on the beach who decided to take our picture! We were on our way back from exploring the Tunnel of Trees and I kept wanting to make stops on our way home (like a fudge/ice cream shop). Meanwhile, Adam had been waiting to get us back to the hotel before the sun set to propose! Sorry I took so long, Adam!
