LeConte Hotel & Convention Center, Ascend Hotel Collection
- Onsite guest parking IS NOT permitted at the venue. All guests will be required to ride the venue shuttle, either from the LeConte Hotel and Convention Center OR the overflow parking lot.
-The hotel requests that all rooms are be booked by October 7, 2024. After this date, remaining rooms in the block will be released.
-The venues shuttle will run a door-to-door pickup route from the LeConte Hotel and Convention Center. Guests are able to take the shuttle all the way to the venue at no cost to them.
-Should guests choose to book a different accommodation, they will be responsible for transportation to the venues large gravel parking lot at Smoky Mountain Ziplines (509 Mill Creek Rd. Pigeon Forge, TN). It is approximately a 7 minute shuttle ride from the overflow lot to the venue.
-If you have trouble booking your hotel room, please request to speak with Heather Sims, the director of room blocks.
The Magnolia Venue Shuttle

-Should guests choose to book a different accommodation, they will be responsible for transportation to the venues large gravel parking lot at Smoky Mountain Ziplines (509 Mill Creek Rd. Pigeon Forge, TN). The venues shuttle will also pickup guests at this lot. It is approximately a 7 minute shuttle ride from the overflow lot to the venue.
