Our ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30pm. Please arrive 15 min early to find your seat!

Our ceremony will very likely be held outdoors (weather permitting). There is a separate ballroom where the ceremony will take place if the need arises in the event of heavy rain. Our cocktail hour will have both indoor & outdoor options while the reception will take place indoors.

Per the direction of the hotel please call the hotel early Saturday morning to ask if you are able to check into your room early. The hotel cant 100% guarantee you will be able to check in early so please plan accordingly

Yes, there will be a shuttle van transporting guests from the hotel to the venue and then from the venue back to hotel. Please see the shuttle schedule under the Transportation tab

We booked room blocks at Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham in Macedon. This hotel is located at 350 NY-31 Macedon, NY 14502. The hotel is only 10 minutes from our venue. There is a cut off date for the discounted room block so please call the hotel to book your room BEFORE 3/26/25!

Our wedding ceremony will be an unplugged occasion. We kindly ask that you be present with us and do not have your phones or cameras out during the ceremony. We have professional photographers and videographers to capture all the special moments and will share them with you all!

Yes, for those who would like to continue the party we will be heading back to the Microtel Inn by Wyndham hotel after the reception. We will be gathering in the hotel lobby and also their outdoor patio that has a fire pit. We will be providing Perinton Hots Garbage Plates for food for anyone who is hungry :)
