First Met: We met during college at Ohio University (GO BOBCATS!) and became quick friends. We felt as if we could be ourselves together and that we had known each other for years.

First Date: A few months later we had our first date at Jackie O's Pub & Brewery in Athens, OH and the rest was history!

Proposal: Clay proposed with the help of our golden-doodle pup Bogey. We then had a romantic dinner at one of our favorite restaurants, Indaco, in Charlotte, NC.
