The ceremony and cocktail hour will be taking place entirely outside. The reception will be tented with ventilation. In the case of rain we will be fully covered for all events. Please note that when the sun goes down, there can be a bit of a chill but we will have heaters and for those not out on the dance floor, a light jacket or shawl is suggested.

If you are not taking the shuttle from the hotel and are driving directly, there is parking for 75 cars at the farm. Once you are parked, you will be golf cart escorted to where the ceremony will take place.

Born to Run Farm is located at 129 Mountain Top Road in Glen Gardner, NJ. Quite literally, it's on the top of a mountain. When you arrive you'll see a white farm house and a small blue wooden sign to the left. Pull onto that gravel road, drive past the barn and silo toward the venue. Parking is available and the BTR team will provide a golf cart escort to the ceremony site.

Since there are a few weddings happening in the area and limited hotel options, we weren’t able to reserve a large number of rooms at one hotel—but we’ve got you covered! We’ll be staying at the Courtyard Lebanon, and we’ve also set up a room block at the TownePlace Suites in Clinton. There will be a shuttle to and from the Courtyard Lebanon and an Uber voucher for those staying at the TownePlace Suites. Just a heads-up: The date to book within the room blocks has passed and you will need to book directly with the hotel if you're still looking for a room! We can’t wait to celebrate with you! 💛

We suggest to call the Courtyard Lebanon (or go online) and book outside the room block. If the hotel is fully booked, you can always stay at the TownePlace Suites in Clinton which is just down the road.

Yes, there will be a shuttle for hotel guests at the Courtyard Lebanon and an Uber voucher for guests at the TownePlace Suites in Clinton. We recommend that guests at the TownePlace Suites join the shuttles at the Courtyard Lebanon if at all possible as Ubers from Born to Run Farm will be limited in the evening.

Check-in time at the Courtyard Lebanon is 3pm. Both shuttles will be leaving the Courtyard Lebanon at 3:15pm. They will be making one trip to the venue each. We highly encourage you to call the hotel as early as 8am on October 18th and request an early check-in. If you are unable to check-in early, the hotel will happily hold your luggage for you. FYI Travel time to the venue is about 25 minutes from the hotel.

Yes, traveling there shouldn't be an issue, however there won't be a lot of drivers in the area after the reception due to being in a rural location. We highly recommend making the shuttle or scheduling your ride in advance. The address is: 129 Mountain Top Rd, Glen Gardner, NJ 08826

We are requesting semi-formal attire for our wedding. No jeans or white attire please. Think more upscale restaurant and ties are optional. Please note that the ceremony will take place on grass and part of cocktail hour may as well so, choose your footwear accordingly (block heels encouraged.)

Unless addressed personally on your invite, we strongly encourage to leave the little ones at home. We hope you understand & enjoy a fun date night! ❤️

We ask that you let us know if you'll be celebrating with us no later than September 7, 2025. If we do not hear from you, we'll assume you cannot join. Hope you can attend!

Yes, please make sure to note your specific food allergy/sensitivity on your RSVP. We are not taking request for preferred protein, as you will have options at the venue.
