-Reservations must be made by September 2, 2025!!

- There will be shuttles going to and from the venue and hotel. Below are times of the shuttle:

- 5:30pm & 5:45pm from the hotel to the venue

-11:00pm from the venue to the hotel and the shuttle will run non-stop until everyone is back safely at the hotel.
