We will have paper invitations with an option to mail in your response or you can respond under the RSVP tab once invitations are sent.

Kids of all ages are welcome to the church for the ceremony, however, as much as we would love to have kids, our reception will be an adult only celebration. We appreciate your understanding.

Formal attire (suit or dress pants/jacket for men and cocktail dress or evening gown for women)

We have a room block at the Hampton Inn & Suites Chicago North Shore/Skokie, under "Kurtz Wedding Block". Room blocks are available for any duration of stay between Tuesday, November 7th - Sunday, November 12th. Deadline to book your hotel room is Friday, October 20th. We will be providing a shuttle for guests that will go between our room block hotel, the Hampton Inn & Suites Chicago North Shore/Skokie and our reception venue at Michigan Shores Club in Wilmette.

For the ceremony, there are 2 adjoining parking lots connected to the church as well as free street parking. The reception at Michigan Shores Club is valet parking only.

The ceremony will be at 3:00pm at First Prebyterian Church, located at 700 North Sheridan Avenue, Lake Forest, IL. The reception will be at Michigan Shores Club at 911 Michigan Avenue, Wilmette, IL, with the cocktail hour from 6:00pm to 7:00pm, the dinner and reception to follow at the same location.
