Unfortunately, we will not be able to accommodate you if you RSVP late. We will need to provide our vendors and venue exact numbers by a certain date. Please make sure to RSVP by the assigned date on your invitation. We ask that all RSVP's be sent in by 04/28/24 to ensure our guest count by 05/01/24.

We are very sorry, but we are keeping our special day as an adult-only occasion. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us!

We kindly ask you to arrive at 5:30 pm to ensure nothing is missed.

Yes, there is free parking for all wedding guests on the property on the day of the wedding. If you are not staying at the hotel, please do not leave your vehicle parked overnight, as you will be towed.

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, there will be a place to share who your plus one will be when you RSVP. If you do not, please respect our wishes as we are trying to keep our wedding as intimate as possible. Thank you for understanding!

Yes! The ceremony will take place outside under a covered gazebo (individual fans will be provided). Our cocktail hour you will have the option to be inside or outside on the patio. Please plan accordingly. These events will be followed with the reception & dancing indoors in the hotel ballroom.

Yes- the drinks are on us, the hangover is on you! Please plan accordingly and have a way to get home safely. If you are staying at the Elms hotel, you are more than welcome to bring your own alcohol to your designated room.

Our ceremony outside will be unplugged. For this, we ask all phones and cameras to be put away and there to be no pictures or videos taken! You are more than welcome to take photos and videos throughout the course of the reception. This is such a special day for us + we have the most amazing photography team documenting our entire day, that way you are able to take it all in, celebrate, and be in the moment with us!
