Located in the heart of the Village of Pinehurst.Pine Scone Café- (905 Linden Road) Coffee shop known for their amazing scones, try the Green Goblin or the Cheddar Chive which are our favorites.Pinehurst Track Restaurant- (200 Beulah Hill Road South) Classic, no frills, Southern breakfast diner with a local feel. Located right on Pinehurst Harness Track and you can see horses out training. Closest thing to Byron’s in NC, for the Auburn people. Cash only.Midland Bistro- (2160 Midland Road) A few minutes from Pinehurst Village, this family favorite is a cozy, locally loved breakfast and lunch café.Agora- (15 Chinquapin Road) French inspired bakery and café located in the heart of Pinehurst Village with indoor and outdoor patio seating.Pinehurst Brewing Company- (300 Magnolia Road) Often a Schwob family gathering spot, this is a craft brewery inside a restored historic building with sports on the TV known for it’s BBQ style dishes and pub food.The Village Deli- (6 Chinquapin Road) Located in the heart of Pinehurst Village, this is a casual, longtime local breakfast and lunch spot with an old school village vibe. Taylor’s favorite menu item is the grilled cheese.Drum and Quill- (40 Chinquapin Road) Classic cozy Pinehurst Village Pub serving pub food with a golf theme. Taylor and Jackson love the BBQ nachos.Lisi- (90 Cherokee Road) A go to Pinehurst Village Italian restaurant located in the Theatre Building. Jackson’s favorite Pinehurst dinner spot and he loves the Rigatoni Bolognese.Ironwood Café- (2176 Midland Road) An upscale restaurant with indoor and outdoor garden seating, this was Taylor’s favorite restaurant to go to during her clinical rotation in Pinehurst. They have the best drinks! Happy Hour/ Late Night FunPinecrest Inn Bar- (50 Dogwood Road) This is one of the most historic and well known hangouts in Pinehurst, especially for golfers. They have a classic 19th hole bar and often have low key live music in the evenings.Augies- (90 Cherokee Road) Speakeasy style cocktail bar located in Pinehurst Theatre Building. We have often visited this spot for a drink while waiting for a table at Lisi.Carolina Vista Lounge- (80 Carolina Vista Drive) Located inside the beautiful and historic Carolina Hotel, this was a favorite dining spot for Taylor and Jackson during wedding planning. They have great food and craft cocktails. There is an outdoor patio where you will see wedding guests immediately following the reception.Dugans- (2 Market Square) Lively Irish style pub and restaurant located in the heart of Pinehurst Village with live music on weekend nights. Could see the late night crowd here on the wedding night! Time to ExploreThe Village of Pinehurst- Great walkable area filled with charming shops, places to grab something to eat or shop for a souvenir.Pinehurst Country Club- (1 Carolina Vista Drive) The pro shop located inside is a great spot for souvenirs. Enjoy lunch or a drink at The Deuce and see the famous Payne Stewart statue.World Golf Hall of Fame- (3 Carolina Vista Drive) Modern, interactive museum experience that celebrates the history and legends of golf. $10 admission fee, $5 NC residents, Free for USGA members.The Spa at Pinehurst Resort- (180 Barrett Road E) Wonderful spa which includes an indoor pool and hot tubs. Connected to Carolina Hotel. Call for availability and appointments.Southern Pines- Charming walkable town, a 10 minute drive from Village of Pinehurst filled with boutiques, shops and restaurants. Ashton’s is a great dinner spot in town.Weymouth Nature Preserve- (1024 Fort Bragg Road, Southern Pines) Great nature preserve filled with trails for a walk or hike.Sandhills Horticultural Gardens- (3245 Airport Road) Beautiful spot for a garden walk.Wee Pines- (265 Central Park Avenue) Mini golf course within walking distance from the Homewood Suites.
