Although the wedding venue is in Rifle, Colorado, it is recommended to book your stay in Glenwood Springs, Colorado. There are hotel blocks secured at The Hotel Maxwell Anderson and The Holiday Inn Express (see travel section for hotel information). The bride and groom are staying at the Hotel Maxwell Anderson in Glenwood Springs.

A shuttle service will transport all guests from The Hotel Maxwell Anderson to Vista View Events. It is strongly encouraged that all guests use the provided transportation in lieu of driving themselves. The shuttle service will return guests to Glenwood Springs at the conclusion of the wedding. There is absolutely NO overnight parking at the Vista View Events venue.

It is recommended to fly into one of the following airports: Eagle County Regional Airport (EGE): 33 mins to Glenwood Springs. Aspen/Pitkin County Airport (ASE): 45 mins to Glenwood Springs. Grand Junction Regional Airport (GJT): 1 hr 15 mins to Glenwood Springs.

No outside alcoholic beverages can be brought to the Vista View Events venue. Visa View Events does not allow the service of shots or liquor served neat. Marijuana of any kind is strictly prohibited on any part of the property as is any kind of illegal substance. Violators will be required to leave the property immediately. Smoking cigarettes, e-cigarettes and vapes is allowed ONLY in the designated smoking area. This rule is subject to an area fire ban.
