Our Wedding

Karaoke night with friends. That's where we first met, though we barely said two words to each other. But Jaclyn remembered Michael's face and spotted him on a dating app later—that's when we actually started talking. Our first date was at Humble Wine Bar in Lakewood—summer evening, sitting outside, good wine, better conversation. We knew pretty quickly we had something.Second date took us to Cuyahoga Valley National Park for a hike, then dinner at Momocho. Somewhere along the trail, we stumbled onto a wedding happening at this beautiful hall in the park. We had no clue we were walking around as future husband and wife that day.The proposal happened on a family trip to Northern Ontario. We were hiking in Algonquin Provincial Park, and Michael had scoped out this perfect lookout spot. We took turns taking photos next to an old tree, after Jaclyn's photo was taken, Michael showed her how it looked and popped the question.
