Jacob is friends with a guy named Rolin Hagerman whom Danielle has known for years as a family friend. Rolin saw that Heather Schafer (Danielle's Mom) was having her class over which was full of girls helping decorate her house for the holidays. So as a good friend would do, Rolin took Jacob over there to cheer up Jacob after a broken heart and seek out pretty girls. Heather saw that Jacob had perfect white teeth which is Danielle's biggest thing when it comes to a significant other and seemed very nice. Heather interrogated Jacob with all sorts of questions and asked if he wanted to see what her daughter looked like. He was not sure of this when it came to a mom trying to set up her daughter but when he saw the pictures of Danielle he instantly fell head over heels for her. Danielle and Jacob started Snapchatting but Danielle was unsure of him until they met in person.... After they officially met each other Danielle was the one falling for him and very hard. They hung out pretty much every day after that and the rest of their love story is history.
