Any Semi-Formal attire will be appropriate. Examples of Western Semi-Formal are: Men can wear a nice set of ironed jeans (no stains, no rips)/Slacks, clean cowboy boots/nice dress shoes, and a button down shirt with a tie/ a button down shirt with a sports coat. Women any dresses/skirts/ jumpsuits and blouses (please no jeans). As always, please reserve white for the bride.

The ceremony will take place outside and the reception will be inside. There will also be table and chairs set up outside during the reception for you to enjoy as well. In the case of bad weather the entire event will be moved inside.

Yes! The bus will be leaving the hotel at 3:15pm, please meet in the lobby at 3:00.

YES! Please party accordingly and utilize our shuttle for a safe ride home.

Please arrive at the venue around 3:45 pm. NO later than 4:00 pm and NO earlier than 3:15 pm

Yes! There will be staff in the parking lot directing you where to park. If you need handicap parking or need to drop anyone off needing extra assistance, please let the staff know.

Unfortunately, we will not be able to accommodate you if you RSVP late. We will have provided our vendors and the venue exact numbers of guests.

Due to very limited space, we are only able to accomodate guests formally invited on your wedding invitation.

Although we adore children, we are only able to accommodate children in the immediate family at our ceremony and reception. Thank you for understanding!
