Our ceremony will officially start at 2pm. We suggest arriving by 1:45pm, so you can comfortably park, find your seat, and settle in.

We kindly ask all of our guests to wear Summer Formal/Elevated Garden Party attire. Ladies should wear floor-length gowns or dresses. Gentlemen should wear a well-tailored suit or tuxedo. As our reception venue will be outdoors and has gravel and grass walkways, we recommend wearing comfortable shoes to ensure the event can be enjoyed without hassle.

We recommend staying in St. Helena, Calistoga, or Napa. We highly recommend booking as soon as possible for the best rates. Check out our travel page for some recommendations.

It is approximately a 15 minute drive from the ceremony to the reception venue. There is parking at the reception venue, though we encourage guests to carpool. Those that take the shuttle can leave your car at the St. Helena Catholic Church parking lot. The shuttle will depart at 3:30pm for the venue. Later in the evening, the first shuttle will depart the venue at 9pm and the last shuttle will depart at 10:30pm, dropping off at the St. Helena Catholic Church parking lot.

We've hired a professional photographer to capture our day and will be asking for a fully unplugged ceremony. Please refrain from all electronics until cocktail hour.

There is plenty of parking at the venue. When you pull in signs will direct you where to park. A short 5 minute walk will take you from the parking area to the reception. Please note that rideshare is not available from the venue, so please coordinate a pickup beforehand, utilize the shuttle, or drink responsibly.
