What is the location of the venue and directions?

Please note that Waze, Apple Maps, and Google Maps all have American Creek Lodge as the wrong location marked on the map. Please follow the directions that will be posted on the day-of quick sheet, which will be sent out in September.

The ceremony and reception will be happening at the same place, so no need to drive between locations.

Please be mindful that parking is on the gravel road with options to drop people in front of the venue.

When do I need to RSVP by?

Please RSVP by June 18. Due to the vendors' requirements we have to give numbers by that date.

Is there lodging near by?

Yes, there are options if you are interested in staying near the venue in Hope. There are a few hotels, B&Bs, Airbnbs, and places on VRBO. If you need help finding options feel free to send us a message and we can try to help.

Will there be parking at the venue?

Yes, American Creek Lodge has parking along the road leading up to the venue. Unfortunately, this road is not paved (it is a FSR) but is well maintained! Parking will be available along this road.

What colour or type of clothing should I wear?

We’d love for you to wear something other than white and brown, as the wedding party will be wearing brown.

The dress code is formal, but please be mindful of your footwear (or bring a change of shoes) as some parts of the venue are gravel.

Can plus ones or kids come?

We’d love for everyone to join us in celebrating, but unfortunately, the venue has a limit on the number of guests due to fire safety regulations. But hey, we’re having an open bar, so leave the little ones at home and let’s have a blast together.
