Jacob and Cara met through a mutual friend as seniors in high school.

After many Dutch Bros dates and sunset watchings, Cara and Jacob started dating and attended prom together.

After they both graduated that summer, Cara and Jacob decided to take on long distance in college.

Jacob moved to New York to attend West Point, and Cara prepared to moved to Long Beach State. This was only the beginning of many long distance FaceTime calls.

During their college breaks, they spent as much time together as they could. This included many visits back to Fresno and many trips to Disneyland.

On special West Point occasions, Cara would fly out to see Jacob in New York.

After almost 4 years dating, Jacob proposed in one of their favorite spots to watch the sunset in high school.

They are so excited to get married and begin their lives together in Georgia in the fall of 2025!
