If you know Jake you know he is not one to ever be on social media, or social apps. So how ironic that the love we found was through a simple swipe on Bumble!

After only a couple days of talking nonstop via text Jake asked me out on a date. We first met on Valentine’s Day in 2022 at Sophia’s Diner in Beloit, WI. We connected pretty quick over a dinner of vegetable soup, a burger with no bun, and Italian beef. Luckily he didn’t order milk (IYKYK). We then headed to the movies to watch Spiderman: No Way Home. Jake still says to this day he took me to see if I would react to the OG spidey, Mr. Tobey Maguire coming on the screen… safe to say I passed the test. We instantly clicked and quickly became inseparable. We had multiple dates that first week of meeting. I even met Jordy and his parents!

After just 6 months we made the step to move in together and the rest is history. Our families quickly became intertwined and our lives merged so seamless together as if we’ve known one another forever!

After 2.5 years we have a home, 3 dogs, and two sons Jordy and Lucas. The love we share for one another is one of a kind and we can’t wait to say I do to forever!
