Our ceremony starts at 6:30 PM in the Earl & Donnalee Holton Victorian Garden Parlor. You are free to arrive as early as 6:00 PM and enjoy the indoor gardens and art galleries.

Our reception starts at 7:00 PM in the Grand Huizenga Room South. Appetizers and open bar service will be available at this time. We ourselves will arrive at 7:30 PM, and dinner will be served at 7:40 PM.

Don’t worry: dinner is going to be buffet-style. We will have gluten-free and vegetarian entrees and sides available, but if you’re curious, the menu is as follows: - Harvest Crunch Salad (V) - Rolls and Butter (V) - French Onion Chicken (GF) - Roasted Vegetable Lasagna (V) - Garlic Smashed Redskin Potatoes (V) - Pan-Braised Green Beans (V) For dessert, there will be red velvet cupcakes with cream cheese icing from Ryke’s Bakery.

If you have dietary restrictions, please let us know by October 5th, and we’ll make sure you’re all set. Please know that gluten free and vegetarian options will be available for dinner (see the above menu for details).

Please wear something nice that you feel comfortable in! We don’t have a strict dress code by any means. We want everyone to be comfortable, and the indoor gardens especially are kept at a certain level of heat and humidity for the sake of the plants, so please keep this in mind!

You can park in the normal Frederik Meijer Gardens & Sculpture Park guest lot. Please follow the posted signage. You will enter through the main entrance.

As a guest at our wedding, you will have free access to all the indoor gardens and art galleries beginning at 6:00 PM. The outdoor gardens will be closed. If you wish to visit the gardens outside of our wedding hours, you will have to pay the normal admission fee.

Yes, we will have an open bar! Your drinks are all on us.

Due to the limited capacity in the Earl & Donnalee Holton Victorian Garden Parlor, we are unfortunately only able to have 40 people attend the ceremony. We can’t wait to celebrate with everyone during the reception!
