Jacob took me axe throwing for our 2nd date! I showed him my athletic skills. ;)

Jacob told me he loved me!! Brave man because it would've took me a lot of courage to say that first.

WE GOT ENGAGED!!! We were in Winona watching Jacob's sisters play a soccer game, and decided to stay the weekend so I could show Jacob my alma mater. We hiked, had dinner, went to church, and went for coffee all without any hint of what was to come. The last thing to do was take a walk with Jacob's sisters around the lake and we would head back to the cities. Little did I know, everyone had known Jacob's plan. With the beautiful bluffs and lake in the back, Jacob got down on one knee and asked me to marry him. Easiest yes!
