Our Wedding

Jacob and Tiffany first met as business students at the University of Arizona. They were in the same major but had hardly interacted. It wasn’t until senior year that Tiff realized she had a tiny crush on Jacob while sitting in class and watching him present his assignment. Tiff found herself wondering how she'd overlook this smart, confident, and very handsome classmate of hers. A few nights before graduation, they bumped into each other at No Anchovies, Tucson’s iconic pizza spot and college hangout. Tiff's friend Kyli, who has lovingly referred to her as “Tiffahn” since freshman year, came up to Jacob and said "Tiffahn thinks you're cute." Jacob, clearly confused, replied, "Who is Stefon?" After the little mix-up was cleared up, Jacob decided to ask Tiff to dance. Their story could have started there, but timing had other plans. Shortly after that encounter, they graduated and Jacob moved to New York City to begin his finance career at Goldman Sachs, while Tiff returned home to Phoenix to work as a data analyst at American Express. Though miles apart, they stayed in contact from time to time, never fully losing touch. Two years later, ready for a change and drawn to the vibrant energy of city life, Tiff secured a transfer to Amex’s New York headquarters—coincidentally located right across the street from Jacob’s office in Tribeca. Fate intervened just a few weeks after Tiff settled into her new apartment. On a November night in 2020, Jacob happened to be out with his cousin, wandering down Saint Marks Place—the very street where Tiff now lived. As she headed to CVS, their paths crossed. In a city of eight million, it felt like an invisible string had been quietly pulling them back to each other all along. That encounter sparked a friendship reboot, and after countless nights exploring the city and swapping stories, they began to fall in love. Together, they enjoy traveling the world, hosting game nights with friends, and experimenting with new recipes. Now, they can’t wait to celebrate their next chapter on another November night, surrounded by loved ones, and toast to the special kind of magic that November nights in New York always seem to bring.

When is the RSVP deadline?

RSVP is closed. If you need to make changes after you have submitted your RSVP, please let us know directly.

What should I wear?

We request that you wear cocktail attire. Since November temperatures can be chilly, the entirety of the event will be held indoors. There is self-assigned coat storage available in the reception space.

Can I bring a plus one?

As we are planning a small and intimate wedding, only those listed on the invitation are invited to attend. We sincerely appreciate your understanding!

What if I have food allergies or dietary restrictions?

What if I need accessibility accommodations?

There is elevator access to all event spaces. If you need this, please reach out to us so we can notify our event coordinator or our venue coordinator, who will be able to help you access the elevator.

Venue

Our celebration will be held at an Italian eatery located in the heart of Tribeca. Please check your invitation for details about the venue.

Transportation

The closest MTA stations to our venue are Chambers St A/C/1/2/3 and City Hall R/W. Both stations are about two minutes away on foot. Alternatively, you can use rideshare apps such as Uber and Lyft. Taxis can also be requested using the Curb app. Please note that the venue does not offer any parking spaces.

Air Travel

For guests arriving from out of town, New York City is served by three airports: John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK), LaGuardia Airport (LGA), and Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR). Remember that a REAL ID or another accepted form of identification (such as a valid U.S. passport) is now required to fly domestically in the United States.

AirBnB & Short-term Rentals

Airbnbs and other short-term rentals are heavily restricted in New York City due to local housing laws. Because of these regulations, many listings on short-term rental platforms may not be legally operating, putting guests at risk of cancellations or last-minute disruptions. We recommend staying in hotels, which offer more reliable accommodations. If you'd prefer to stay in an Airbnb (ideal for larger groups), consider looking just across the river in Hoboken, New Jersey. Hoboken is three short stops away from the World Trade Center via the PATH train, and our wedding venue is a six-minute walk from there. Just make sure to check the <a href="https://www.panynj.gov/path/en/schedules-maps/weekend-schedules.html" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">PATH weekend schedule</a> closer to the event date, as service can vary.
