Both the ceremony and reception venue are at Stafford’s Perry Hotel. The address can be found on the accommodations tab. Both the ceremony and reception will be held on the outdoor veranda and are wheelchair accessible.

We recommend staying in the Petoskey area for the weekend of the wedding. If you are staying at Stafford’s Perry Hotel you will not need transportation, as the reception and ceremony will be held on the veranda of the hotel. However, for those staying at other hotels in the Petoskey area we will be scheduling a shuttle to bring you to the venue.

For those that are guests of Staffords Perry Hotel you will be able to make use of their parking lot on site. However, there is ample parking in the area around the hotel for a small fee.

The ceremony and reception will be held outdoors. Both venues are covered by tents and the event will be held rain or shine!

Yes! A block of rooms has been reserved at Stafford’s Perry Hotel & The Apple Tree Hotel. Please call either hotel via phone to reserve your room. You will not be able to book online - please see the accommodations tab for the contact information for Stafford’s Perry and The Apple Tree.

There will be a shuttle that will pick up guests before the ceremony and drop them off after the reception at a few other select hotels in the Petoskey area.

Formal Attire. For our summer wedding, our ceremony will be held outdoors on a terrace. We suggest that men wear a lightweight suit in any color with a tie and women wear a lightweight gown, cocktail dress or pantsuit. Color & flair are encouraged!

Daily high temperatures in Petoskey in June are between 69 and 76 degrees Fahrenheit. Low’s are generally between 48 and 57 degrees. Dress for early Summer/Spring weather and be sure to bring a formal jacket for the ceremony in the case that it’s windy or chilly.

Please refer to your invitation. If a plus one has been referenced you will be asked to provide a name and dietary preference for their reception meal.

Unless otherwise permissioned, we ask that the ceremony and reception remain an adults only event. We have a large number of guests that we are working to accommodate and enjoy our special day with along with a strict headcount limit. We appreciate your understanding!

We will have passed hors d'oeuvres during our cocktail hour between the ceremony and reception. The reception will begin with a Cherry Bibb Salad. In your RSVP questionnaire we've provided three entree options: Mediterranean Linguine, Pistachio Crusted Walleye, and a Coffee Rubbed Pork Ribeye. Dinner will be followed by dessert, and with late night snacks after a few hours of dancing! We will also be hosting a brunch the following morning for those who are able to make it out of bed :)

Please do NOT feel the need to bring any gifts to the actual wedding ceremony. We will have a box for cards, but you are welcome to send any gifts or cards to our home at 660 Clifton Rd SE Atlanta GA 30316.

Please arrive at 3:30 and find your seat by 3:45. The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00.

The reception will end at 11:00 PM with late night food offered in the Noggin Room pub in the basement of the hotel until 12:00AM. More news to come on the party after midnight!

Yes. We will have a photo session for the wedding party and immediate family on the front patio of Stafford’s Perry between the ceremony and the reception. Please use this time to grab a drink at the lobby bar or take pictures for ‘the -gram’.

You are more than welcome to take photos throughout the wedding weekend, but we do ask that you refrain from taking any photos during the ceremony beginning at 4:00 PM on Saturday the 22nd. We will have expert photographers capturing moments, so iPhone quality pictures will not be needed 😉
