Is there a dress code?
The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal/ cocktail. Ladies should wear dressy cocktail attire and gentlemen should wear a suite and tie or a sports coat.
Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?
Both our wedding ceremony and reception will take place indoors.
What happens after the ceremony?
The wedding guest can head straight to the reception venue where they will be serving food and beverages beginning at 8:00pm. The lobby bar at The Hilton will happily accommodate any guest who arrive before 8pm.
What should I do if I cannot make it?
We understand if you are unable to attend. You will be missed. Please let us know on or before February 2nd by responding "no" on our RSVP tab, so we can plan accordingly.
Can I bring a date?
Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.
When should I RSVP by?
To help us with our planning, we ask that you kindly RSVP by February 2nd, 2024. We have to provide our venue with a total guest count in a timely manner to properly prepare.
What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Our ceremony will start promptly at 6:30 pm. We ask that you arrive 10-15 minutes before.
Is there a room block available at either hotel?
Yes, we have room blocks reserved for The Hilton Capital Center. Under the travel tab, the website link for The Hilton will take you directly to the room block reservation page.
