We met in high school! A mutual friend introduced us junior year. We hung out a few times, once over the summer (without her parents knowing.) This mutual friend later invited both of us to the beach senior year for her birthday. We spent the weekend together, and that’s when we both knew. We started hanging out as friends almost every weekend until I eventually built up the nerve to ask her out. The rest is history. - Jacob
