Are the ceremony and reception at the same location?

Yes! The ceremony and reception will both be at The Aisling in Hudson, WI. We hope to have the ceremony outside, weather permitting. If the weather is not ideal, we will have both the ceremony and reception indoors.

What time should I arrive?

The ceremony time is 4:00 PM. We recommend arriving about 30 minutes prior to the ceremony start time to allow for parking and to find your seat.

Can I bring a plus one?

Your invitation will state whether we invited a plus one for you or not. Unfortunately, if your invitation does not include a plus one we will not be able to accommodate any additional guests.

Will children be allowed to attend?

We love your kiddos, but we kindly request that you leave the little ones at home! We hope that you take this night as an opportunity to have some fun as just mom & dad!! If you are coming from out of town and need help finding childcare accommodations, please reach out to Jake and/or Kylee as they would be happy to help you find a trustworthy babysitter!

When do I need to RSVP by?

We have not opened up our RSVP section yet! When the time comes, you can RSVP through the "RSVP" tab at the top of the page. If you cannot make it, we will miss you! Please still RSVP that you are not attending so we can plan accordingly.

What is the dress code?

We would love to see our friends and family dressed up for our big day! Please no denim or jeans and avoid shades of white. If weather permits, the ceremony will be outside, so consider this when picking your attire.

Where should we park?

As you enter Troy Burne Golf Course, please follow the signage displayed. The lot to the left as you drive in that is closest to the building is reserved for the wedding guests and the lot behind that is for overnight parking. The lot to the right is for golf course patrons only.

Will there be transportation provided from the hotel to the venue?

Yes, there will be! Details TBD, but we want everyone to have access to a safe ride home, so there will be a shuttle arranged to bring guests from the hotel to the venue and back to the hotel at the end of the night. See details under the "Travel" tab. Overnight parking is allowed in the parking lot furthest from the venue.

Is there a hotel block booked?

We booked a block of rooms at the Hampton Inn & Suites. See more information for booking under the "Travel" tab.
