Where is the venue?

The venue is at Alina's childhood home. Our afternoon ceremony and reception will be outdoors in the garden. Guests will walk to the garden on grass. For that reason, stiletto or otherwise-thin heels are not recommended.

What's the wedding itinerary?

Our wedding will take place in Copley, Ohio on 8/8/26. The ceremony will begin at 4:30 pm sharp, followed by a 60-minute cocktail hour will take place on the back lawn between the ceremony and tented reception where you can enjoy cocktails, mocktails, small bites and lawn games. The reception is anticipated to wrap around 11 pm

Am I allowed to bring a plus-one?

We are not allowing additional plus-ones to our wedding, as we'd like to keep the guests list just to those who know us well. The name of every guest invited to attend is clearly listed on your invitation and no additional guests can be accommodated.

What type of food will be served at your wedding?

At cocktail hour we'll have an appetizer station with a fruit platter, meatballs, southern cheese dip with crackers, a charcuterie board, stuffed cucumber cups, and cheesecake-stuffed strawberries. Dinner will be served buffet-style. Please indicate any allergies or dietary restrictions on your RSVP. Entrees - Asiago‑stuffed chicken - Beef roast medallions Sides - Roasted redskin potatoes - Penne pasta with marinara sauce - Bacon‑pecan green beans - White rolls with butter - Summerville salad

Have you reserved blocks of rooms at one or more hotels?

We have reserved a room block at Holiday INN Express-Akron NW-Fairlawn by IHG at 3150 W Market St Fairlawn, OH 44333. Please book your stay by 7/10/26 to guarantee a room in our block. Mention the Meek or D'Amico wedding while booking to receive our reduced rate.

Will there be a shuttle to and/or from the hotel(s) for the wedding and/or prewedding events?

There will be no formal transportation. Uber and Lyft are available in the area.

What should I wear?

Our wedding will be a tented garden party celebration, so we encourage guests to dress in garden party / summer formal attire. Think light, breathable fabrics and polished summer style—sundresses, floral prints, dressy tops, button-downs, and lightweight blazers are all great options. Because the celebration will be outdoors in August, it may be warm, so we recommend choosing cool, comfortable fabrics and appropriate footwear for grass (block heels, wedges, flats, or dress shoes that won’t sink into the lawn). Most importantly, we want you to feel comfortable, festive, and ready to celebrate with us!
