3:45 - All members of the bridal party, immediate family, and grandparents and invited to attend the rehearsal at Tuckahoe on Thursday October 9th. 5:30 - Following rehearsal will be the rehearsal dinner at Casa Del Barco from 5:30-7:30. The rehearsal dinner is for those attending the rehearsal. 7:30 - Afterwards we would love to welcome any folks who are in town to come and enjoy some snacks and start the celebrations with us at Casa Del Barco. A cash bar will also be available. The welcome party will end at 9:30.

Ceremony will begin at 4:00. Arrive by 3:30 to enjoy a pre-ceremony drink in the memorial garden. Cocktail hour will follow the ceremony from 4:30-5:30 in the main gardens. Dinner will be served at 6:00 under the tent on the north lawn. Send off will take place at 10:00pm. After party to follow.

If you are planning on staying Friday night and would like to continue the celebrations on Saturday, please join us on a trip down Route 151 in Nelson. This is a little over an hour away from the hotel but is something we both enjoy doing as it showcases some beautiful mountain views, so we would love to share this with y'all! Below is a schedule of stops we are planning to make. The times are easily flexible based on how folks are feeling at each stop. We included a little something for everyone (wine, beer, cider, and liquor), but feel free to make any additional/replacement stops you desire. There are several other breweries and wineries along the route if you would rather visit one of those in place of the stops we will be making. We just love sharing Central Virginia with our family and friends!
