We warmly invite our friends and family to dress in celebration of our special day. Our dress code is black tie optional, and we encourage semi-formal or formal attire suitable for both indoor and outdoor settings. Men are welcome to wear suits, sport coats or dress shirts, while women may opt for knee-length or floor-length dresses or formal separates. We kindly ask guests to refrain from wearing denim or tennis shoes.
When should I arrive to the wedding?
Please arrive 30 minutes early to allow ample time for valet or street parking, to find your seats, and enjoy live, local Kansas City music before the ceremony starts!
Is there parking at the venue?
Valet parking is available at Hotel Kansas City for $24 daily or $42 for overnight services. Nearby street and garage parking options are also available, though space may be limited.
When should I RSVP by?
Kindly RSVP through this website by April 11th, 2025. If you cannot make it to the wedding, please RSVP "not attending".
Where should I stay for the wedding?
Both the ceremony (outdoor) and reception (indoor/outdoor) will take place on the rooftop of Hotel Kansas City. To ensure comfortable accommodations for our guests, we have reserved a block of rooms at the hotel. To secure your reservation at the special group rate, please use the following link: https://www.hyatt.com/en-US/group-booking/MCIJD/G-BSW1.
We kindly ask that you book your room by April 22nd. For additional accommodation options, please visit the 'Travel' section on our website, where you will find a list of nearby hotels.
What if I have dietary restrictions?
Our venue is prepared to accommodate all dietary restrictions. Please note your preference on the formal invitation.
Can we bring our kids to the wedding?
While we adore your little ones, our venue suggests an adults-only ceremony and reception. We hope you can use this opportunity to enjoy a wonderful evening out!
Can I bring a plus-one?
In order to keep our wedding as intimate as possible, we kindly ask that only those noted on the invitation attend. Thank you for respecting our wishes—we can’t wait to celebrate with you!
