Jacob and I met in class as mechanical engineer students in our freshman year. We started to become good friends at our freshman Bible study (where I also met Jade) where Jacob and I began hanging out. By the end of sophomore year, Jacob and I were spending most of our weekends playing board games, watching F1, or spending time discussing and diving into our Bibles. Jacob always keeps me humble, and drives everyone around him to grow in excellence. Jacobs friendship is something I treasure as a gift of God, and one I have been blessed to experience. Jade has also been a gift in my life. From being a great roommate to my now wife, teaching me details about God's love, and now marrying my best friend. She has been a gift to Jacob and will continue to be a blessing from God to Jacob in their marriage. Jacob and Jade have supported me and my wife in our hardest of times and celebrate with us during our best. I am honored and excited to stand with them during their special moment.

I met Jade when we were freshman and we were neighbors in our dorm, and we also went to freshman Bible study together. It is funny because for the whole first semester I got to observe how sweet she was and how much she loved God. I wanted to be friends with her for quite some time…and then she asked me to get coffee and we did a little Bible study together. From that day on I knew I just loved being around her and wanted to be close friends with her. Our friendship started flourishing and then we went to Project Impact together the summer after freshman year. Now it was obvious we were besties! Then we got to be roommates the year following and honestly the rest is history with my precious Jade! I also met Jacob in the same freshman Bible study but he didn’t really come around until Jade and Jacob started dating hehe. It’s been so cool to see how captivated Jacob is by her, and how much he cares for her. He is a great man of God and makes it so easy to trust him with our Jade! So excited for you two!

I’ve known Jacob my whole life, and have had the privilege of watching him grow up and mature. I’ve always looked up to him and have wanted to be just like him. Seeing him and jade find each other and to watch how happy they are together has been incredible and I’m excited to celebrate their new chapter!

The bride is my sister.

I have known Jade for several years. It has been an extreme joy to see her grow in love for the Lord over that time. I met Jacob while he was part of our freshman Bible study. His coming to know the Lord and desire to continue that pursuit was one of the greatest joys I have gotten to see in ministry, and getting to know him as a friend and brother has been among my favorite relationships personally. They are both people that I (and my wife) love and we are excited to celebrate them on their wedding day!

Jade and I met at Bible study freshmen year and were roommates last year. Jade was the maid-of-honor at my wedding and Jacob was the best man! Jacob and is my husband’s best friend and I have spent many hours beating him at board games!

I met Jacob when we were both freshman. He lived in the dorm room right below mine. We were both friends with his dorm neighbors, and we all quickly became close. Our freshman year I had the joy and blessing of seeing Jacob give his life to Jesus. God has continued to bless me by letting me see the profound and inspiring growth that Jacob has undergone and still continues in. I cannot wait to see the ways God uses marriage to continue to refine and teach Jacob.

The groom is my brother.

I have know Jacob for four great years. If you told me that four years ago, I would say you got the wrong Nick or Jacob. However, I thank God for bringing Jacob and I together. There’s not many people that have impacted my walk with God the way Jacob has. He is someone that has so many qualities that I look up to in a man, and so many qualities I look for in a friend. I can’t wait to see what God has in store for Jacob as he take this new step in his life!

I met Jade in high school, we did cheer together. When I came to college I got to know her better and we got close doing both CV and marching band! Now we are roomies❤️.

I don’t actually remember how I met Jacob, perhaps we were bonding over the amount of concussions we have had or through working out in half acre but however our friendship started I am extremely thankful for it. Everyone needs a Jacob in their life, someone with the brains of a mad scientist with the personality of a golden retriever. Much like man’s best friend he is always there for you making time to be intentional and caring about how you’re doing while making you laugh and bing a joy to be around. I’m very thankful that he has been able to find someone in Jade that appreciates these facts about him. Someone who is kind and patient to his endless shenanigans. It’s been a blessing to get to know them as they have grown in their relationship and given me a great model for what a God honoring relationship looks like. I’m very grateful for both of their friendships.

I met Jacob in a class and through CV but I didn’t get to know him until Jade and him started dating! Freshman year of college Jade and I shared a class and that’s how I got to know her! After that I realized we were both going to CV and so we were able to talk more! For the last two years we have been roommates and it has been super sweet to get to know her on a deeper level and support her through highs and lows!

I got to know Jacob back in sixth grade. We started to become good friends through football. We had played football together from seventh grade to senior year of highschool. He has always been a brother to me and it has been wonderful watching him grow as a man and through the Lord throughout the years.

The bride is my cousin and the person I trust most in this world. The groom is the man who will walk through life as her partner, becoming one with her under the guidance of the Lord.

I got to know Jacob through attending CV and our mutual friends. During the fall semester at UW, I got the chance to lead a Men’s Bible study and be in a small group with Jacob. This really grew our friendship and is where I learned about Jade. It has been so much fun to watch their relationship grow and to see Jacob be so excited.
