Jacob was one of my close friends for around a year, and it seemed as if it would stay that way, until one day when he came knockin' on my door. It was the summer before my senior year of high school when Jacob asked if I would like to pursue a relationship with him! I was in awe because I had prayed for someone like him for a while. God was answering my prayer right then, and He still is almost 6 years later! We have been through many challenges, such as being 7 hours apart for 4 out of the 6ish years we've been together, the loss of family members, and many more. Regardless of the trials we continued to trust in His timing and in the midst of them we have seen God carry us through! We are eagerly anticipating May 17th when we finally get to be together!!! We have also seen the beauty of the Lord in sweet moments, like experiencing His creation on hikes, enjoying painting together, going to concerts, going on ice cream dates, surprising each other, reading the Word, and just being together!! We are so excited to continue to see what God has for us in our marriage and to celebrate what He has brought together with our family and friends. Please be praying with us over the wedding, our future marriage, and that we would glorify and honor God in everything we do!

Kinley and I were in a mutual friend group and became close friends during my sophomore/her junior year of high school. In the summer following, after a lot of prayer and consideration, I decided to ask her if she could see us pursuing a relationship with each other! We started hanging out together more, and then we officially started dating on September 7th, 2019! It did not take me very long to fall in love with this godly young woman that God had brought into my life! Ever since then, we have been growing both individually and together, and God has brought us through many times of joy and times of hardship as well. I cannot imagine a better friend, partner, and soon-to-be wife to do life with and serve God with! We are so ready and excited to celebrate this work that God has been doing in our lives for going on 6 years with all of you! Thank you for being a part of our story in whatever capacity you have been! Please continue to lift us, our wedding, and our marriage up in prayer to the Lord that it would all be according to His plan and for His glory!
