Q + A
The rehearsal dinner will be held the night before, this is by invitation only.
What time should guests arrive for the wedding ceremony?
Ceremony starts at 5 pm EST.
We suggest that guests arrive 30 minutes prior to the ceremony (4:30 pm EST).
Can I bring a plus one?
Please review your formal invitation if allowed. Please ensure any additional guests are communicated via the RSVP on this website.
Will there be a cocktail hour?
After the ceremony, the bridal party will be taking pictures for approximately an hour. All other wedding guests are encouraged to attend the cocktail hour (located at the same venue) for finger foods and beverages.
Are children invited to the wedding?
While we adore children, we've opted for an adults-only affair to allow everyone to relax and enjoy the celebration.
Can I take photographs during the ceremony?
While we love that you want to capture our special moments, we kindly request an unplugged ceremony to allow everyone to be fully present and immersed in the experience. Our professional photographer will be capturing all the highlights, and we'll share the photos with you afterwards. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in creating a distraction-free environment for our ceremony.
Guests are more than welcome to take pictures at the cocktail hour and wedding reception.
Will the ceremony or reception be indoors or outdoors?
The ceremony will be taking place in an outdoor setting. The reception will be taking place indoors, at the venue’s enclosed garden room.
What accommodations are available for out-of-town guests?
We understand that many of our guests will be traveling from out of town to join us for our special day. To ensure your comfort, we've arranged room blocks at several nearby hotels. You can find more information on accommodations, including booking codes and special rates, on our website's ‘Travel’ page.
Who should I contact about questions about the wedding?
Please contact the Maid of Honor, Brigitte Klueh.
