There will be marked parking areas. We will also have people directing parking. There will be shuttle from the parking area to the barn.

The dress code will be formal with a touch of country, we encourage relaxed clothing, but please not shorts or sneakers. We recommend flowy dresses, light fabrics, cowboy/girl boots and hats and denim.

Our afternoon ceremony will be outdoors in the corral, while the reception will take place indoors. Guests will walk to the corral on gravel and will need to step on grass to take their seats. For that reason stiletto's or otherwise- thin heels are not recommended.

Colorado falls are generally mild with cooler temperatures, ranging from around 40-70°F, so we recommend a light jacket to cover up and sunglasses for the outdoor ceremony.

We'll be serving a buffet style BBQ.

We will have non- alcoholic drinks available.

The gates at the venue will open 1 hour ahead of our ceremony time at 1:00pm. We recommend arriving at the ceremony venue at least 30 minutes ahead of the start time to ensure you have plenty of time to find your seats.

Our ceremony will end around 2:00pm, after which there will be a reception until 9:30pm. We will be providing dinner and light refreshments.
