Our story started very similar to most these days. We both swiped right on a dating app and started talking to one another. After a few months, and a few cancelled first dates...(Hannah), we finally decided to meet at The Hub. From there we hit it off! The night continued as Jacob invited Hannah out for drinks and that's when she met one of Jacob's best friends, Aaron (Best Man). From there, Jacob continued to introduce Hannah to friends and family arguably way earlier than normal.

Fast forward to early 2020, we are planning to move in together and thought it would be a good idea to buy a house together. This process started the same time the country was in lockdown. Add a global pandemic and house hunting together, this time in our relationship was tested and as you know by now, worked out for the best.

Fast forward again to early 2023, Jacob has had Hannah's engagement ring for a few months now and was waiting for the right time to pop the question. Hannah's parents, Tom and Roberta, were coming into town and wanted to hike in the valley. Perfect! This would be the time to ask her to marry him. Although Jacob gave the engagement away by asking Hannah to get her nails done with Roberta and Jacob's mom, Diane, she still pretended to not know it was coming... even though she was white as a ghost right before Jacob asked her at the end of the Peralta Trail hike.

We are still living in San Tan Valley with our two dogs, Cash and Maverick, and ready to celebrate this next chapter in our lives with you all!
