Please be seated by 5:15. The best time to show up is between 4:30 and 5:00 for parking with the ceremony starting at 5:30pm! Late arrivals will sadly be asked to wait to enter until after the ceremony. *Please plan accordingly as this is a very busy weekend in Lexington, expect High traffic.

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, they would appear under your name when you RSVP as "Guest".

Invitations will be specific and will include the names of the children that are invited. However, we encourage you to use this evening as a "date night" for yourself!

We would love to see our family and friends dress up with us, but still want you to be comfortable! More of a dressy casual/cocktail style. As for what color, choose whatever you would like! All we ask is that women please simply refrain from wearing white or shades of white.

*Please do NOT bring any outside alcohol to this venue!* Water and sodas will be provided along with alcoholic seltzers and beer options. We will also be supplying a dry and sweet version of red and white wine. We will be offering a his and hers cocktail one being bourbon based and the other vodka based.

We will be serving dinner at the reception including BBQ Chicken, Pulled Pork, Mac and Cheese, Green Beans, Baked Beans, Rolls, and more!

The ceremony will be held outside with limited shade. Cocktail hour will also be outside with more options for shade. The reception space will be indoors.

There is a parking lot right next to the venue space!

Lots of events will be happening in Lexington the weekend of the wedding. Kentucky Football has a home game at 3:30pm Saturday September 7th. We recommend you allow plenty of time to head to the venue on game day as Lexington’s major arteries are usually congested during this time. Keeneland Horse sales start on Monday September 9th. While traffic shouldn’t be an issue for this, we would recommend allowing additional time at the airport and booking fine dining and hotel accommodations well in advance.
