We all hear of stories about how couples met, was it love at first sight? How long before you knew they were the one? What was it that attracted you to them? So on and so on. So we would like to share with you how our story was just a bit different and why when God brings two people together, he has a way of creating a beautiful picture before we sometimes even know it.

Let’s talk about chances. What are the chances two people ready for love, hoping to find it somehow in their everyday walk find themselves swiping right on a dating app, that’s right Tinder! So we matched and little did we know, both with somewhat low expectations (I mean it is a dating app) would be swept off their feet before even laying eyes on one another. Two weeks we talked on the phone, FaceTimed and sent text messages all while completely becoming captivated by one another. On the day we decided to meet, the best way to describe it, was like finding the last piece of the puzzle that completed a beautiful picture! The connection was undeniable. We instantly knew that the comfortable feeling we had with one another was different than we had ever felt. A country boy full of life, humor and a heart open for the unexpected, met a PA girl with a smile that lights up a room and a desire to love unconditionally. What an unbreakable bond. From that moment on we became each other’s main priority. We knew that every part of our lives moving forward would give us the chance to choose one another to put first. And that is what we have done ever since.

We never knew two people that grew up differently would have such a connection in every part of life. From deciding to buy chickens, build a chicken coop, go on golf dates, take trips all over, laugh at each other until it became uncontainable, follow him to every softball tournament, dance with one another like no ones watching, make fun of each other’s accents and accept each other’s flaws are just a few things that helped us develop an unwavering love for one another.

We can’t wait to celebrate this love with all of the people that mean so much to us and who have been apart of our journey that brought us together!
