Where to Stay
Beaver Creek Resort is made up of three small villages, Beavercreek Village, Bachelor, Gulch, and Arrowhead Village. All are accessible by a free shuttle - install the Beaver Creek app. That said, it is a holiday week and 4th of July is a busy time in Beaver Creek so there might be a bit of wait time. We’ve taken the shuttles many times - they’re awesome.
The wedding venue is in Beaver Creek Village at the Park Hyatt Beaver Creek. If you want to stay there, I suggest you become a Hyatt rewards member first, so that you can get a discount on the room rate. Other recommendations walking distance in BC Village: The Charter, Beaver Creek Lodge (a Marriott autograph property), Osprey, VRBO (lots of condo rentals). While I recommend staying in or very close to BC Village, a shuttle ride away is the Westin Riverside and Ritz Carlton Bachelor Gulch (We’ve stayed at both of these Marriott properties and you cannot go wrong with either) and there are tons of home rentals within the resort.

Getting to Beaver Creek
We are driving into Denver. Eagle Vail airport is very close to wedding venue, but there are no direct flights and flights are very pricey $$$. The drive through the Colorado Rocky Mountains to Vail Valley is stunning! You will not need a car in Beaver Creek - that said, it might be less expensive to rent a car each way than taking a shuttle from Denver to Beaver Creek.
Once you know the dates you are planning to arrive, let Jacqui know. You may be able to charter a shuttle as a group and that will bring the price way way down - we will help put the groups together once we know the dates you’re planning to arrive and depart.
Transportation within Beaver Creek
TRANSPORTATION
Beaver Creek has a complimentary shuttle service that runs daily from 7AM – 12AM. To request a shuttle, download the Village Connect app to your phone or device. The front desk can also request rides for guests if they don’t want to download the app. The shuttle only services Beaver Creek proper, from the gates to the village. This shuttle will not take guests into the town of Avon but it can drop off at the lower parking lots, Bear Lot and Elk Lot. I highly suggest sharing the shuttle information on your website so guests can take advantage of complimentary transport.
