A hotel room block has been secured for 10 rooms each night at a rate of $189, so please reserve your room(s) as early as possible. Rooms will not be able to be reserved after July 15, 2025. Check in is after 4:00 pm on the day of arrival and check out is before 11:00 am on the day of departure.

Travel to the Venue is about 15 minutes driving. We recommend using ride share the day of the event as parking in the area will be limited due to the Holiday.
