The venue is the Golden Fox at the far right end of the golf course. The ceremony space is behind the Golden Fox venue to the left of the reception hall. The ceremony will be at the pavilion behind the reception hall. Please arrive between 5:00 and 5:15 for ceremony starts at 5:30pm.

Spring formal with bright colors and pastels.

6:00 cocktail hour, 7:30 dinner, 8:30 desert, 10:30 snack, 11 bar closes, 12 conclude

Parking is available at the Golden Fox Venue.

We have booked a hotel block at Holiday Inn Express (See Travel Page). There are still rooms available at a discounted room block rate and the option to take the shuttle to the venue. PLEASE LET THEM KNOW AT CHECKIN THAT YOU ARE IN THE KEELER BASCH WEDDING BLOCK AND SIGN UP FOR SHUTTLE IF YOU WANT TO USE IT. Hotel serves breakfast: Sat-Sun 7am-10am M-F is 6:30a-9:30a;

The bride and groom request that no one takes any photos during the ceremony so that the photographer and videographer can get the best possible photos with no phones in view.

A charging station will be available at the wedding reception.

The Golden Fox Grille bar will be open to guests who arrive early (cash bar). It's in the same building on the right side.
