What if I can't make it?

You will be dearly missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible!

What will be served for dinner? Do you accommodate food allergies and restrictions?

We’ll be offering an elevated buffet with a variety of delicious options, including sirloin, chicken, roasted potatoes, vegetables, salads, and a pasta bar. All stations—except for the pasta bar—are gluten-free. We’ve made every effort to accommodate common food allergies and dietary restrictions, and our menu is designed with flexibility in mind. If you have specific concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out. For a full list of offerings, be sure to check out the Menu tab on our wedding website!

Do you have a hotel block for guests? Where do you recommend I stay?

We are excited to offer a room block for our guests at the Hampton Inn, Dover, NH. Reservation Details: Block Name: Jennings L'Heureux Wedding Dates: September 25 - September 27, 2025 Rate: $250/night Booking Instructions: To reserve a room within our block, please call 603-516-5600 or visit their website and mention the block name when booking. We recommend booking early, as rooms are limited. Guests do not have to book both nights, we have included the night before the ceremony for those traveling far and want to settle in beforehand. Address: Hampton Inn 9 Hotel Drive Dover, NH 03820 We hope this makes your stay enjoyable, and we can't wait to celebrate with you!

Will transportation be provided to and from the hotel and the venue?

We’re pleased to provide trolley services for our guests to and from the hotel and wedding venue! Departure from Hotel: Trolleys will leave the Hampton Inn at 3:20 PM to bring guests to the venue for the 4:00 PM ceremony. Return to Hotel: After the wedding, trolleys will transport guests back to the hotel between 9:30 PM and 10:00 PM. We hope this makes your experience seamless and enjoyable. We can't wait to celebrate with you!

What time should I arrive?

The ceremony will start promptly at 4 p.m. Please arrive between 3:30 - 3:45 to allow plenty of time to be seated.

What should I wear? Is there a dress code?

The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal. When choosing a semi-formal wedding ensemble, you want to select something fancier than you would wear to the office, but a bit less formal than black tie garb.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

The ceremony will be taking place in an outdoor area; we recommend flat-soled shoes or wedges to avoid sinking into the grass. The reception will be held under a tent, which will have heaters, if needed.

When is the RSVP deadline? Do I need to mail back my RSVP or can I do it online?

Thank you in advance for sending your RSVP before August 1, 2025. You can mail back the card enclosed in your invitation or simply RSVP right here on our wedding website.

Will there be food and drinks during cocktail hour?

After the wedding ceremony, we will be serving light passed hors d’oeuvres accompanied by an open bar. We invite you to toast to our nuptials with a curated selection of wine, beer and our signature cocktail.

Are kids welcome?

While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.

Can I bring a plus one?

Unfortunately, we have a strict guest list to stay on budget. Our celebration is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your wedding invitation.

Do you have any recommendations for where to eat, points of interest or things to do?

Yes! We recommend visiting the ‘Things to Do’ page of our wedding website, where we’ve compiled all of our favorite local hot spots and fun things to do in the area, including coffee shops, spas and restaurants to visit before or after the wedding.
