Trying to decide what to wear?

The attire for Jacqueline and Daniel's day is formal. We invite men to wear suits, and women to wear anything from floor length gowns to dressy tea-length and midi cocktail attire. Extra points for florals!

What time should I arrive to the church?

The wedding ceremony begins promptly at 3 o'clock, so we recommend arriving at least 15 minutes prior. The doors will close at the start of the mass.

Will transportation be provided?

All of the discounted hotels are within a 5 or 10 minute walk from the reception venue, The Exchange. There will be a 40 passenger bus provided that will make two trips (1:30 and 2:15) from the Chicago Athletic Assoc. to St. Michael for the ceremony, and back to the hotel afterwards. St. Michael is a 15 minute car ride from the hotel locations, so ridesharing through Lyft or Uber is also an option.

Is there parking near St. Michael or The Exchange?

There is a small, public parking lot across the street from St. Michael. Since we can't guarantee there will be space, we'd recommend leaving enough time to find street parking prior to the ceremony.

Parking for the reception is offered by The Exchange at Grant Park South Garage, located at 325 South Michigan Avenue.

Are children invited?

Unfortunately due to limited venue space, we are only able to accommodate those invited. We hope that parents will enjoy their well-earned night off!

When should I RSVP by?

We ask that you RSVP online by August 1st! Please see the RSVP tab on this website for more information.

What should we expect for Mexican Independence Celebrations?

The Mexican Independence Parade in Little Village on Sept. 15th is the kick-off event to Hispanic Heritage Month. This annual event usually brings many people to the Loop to celebrate in car caravans down Michigan Ave and Lake Shore Drive on Friday and Saturday night prior. Expect lots of flags, horns, and (potentially!) fireworks. Please plan your commutes accordingly and leave ample time for travel and road closures!
