Cocktail attire! We suggest men wear a suit or dress shirt with a tie and women wear a midi- or knee-length dress or dressy separates. Should any ladies like to wear a long dress, go for it! Please just avoid the color white for your dress.

Great question! We have a Hospitality Room set up at our reception venue, the DoubleTree By Hilton Chesterfield, where you can find food and refreshments. Located in Conference Room C. The DoubleTree also has a very nice restaurant and bar onsite. If you live close by or are staying at DoubleTree, feel free to return to your home/room but don’t forget cocktail hour starts at 5:00pm, which includes drinks and appetizers!
