The closest airport is Roanoke International Airport. It is about 45 minutes from Cedar Oaks Farm (where the ceremony and reception take place.)

Public transportation is very limited outside of the city of Roanoke. We recommend renting a vehicle. The Steffen family is all from out of state and most will be staying at the Spark by Hilton near the Roanoke Airport. A bus shuttle is being arranged to transport guests to and from the venue. Please let us know if you need assistance with transportation as there will be limited seating on the bus shuttle.

There will be chicken and beef options served family-style at each table. Please let us know if you prefer a vegetarian dinner!

There will be wine and beer and associated specialty drinks.
