All meals and special gatherings will take place at the Open Air Pavilion that is attached to The Main House. The Main House is open to all guests. Water, non-alcoholic beverages and snacks will be available at The Main House throughout the weekend.

Anytime! We will be on site to greet guests as they arrive. You will be able to get settled into your cabins and join us for lunch if you arrive prior to 2pm on Friday. The Welcome Dinner will begin at 6pm on Friday.

Please go to https://www.hawkesdene.com/guest-payments/ and fill out your information. Select YES for being invited to attend a wedding at Hawkesdene and a drop down menu will appear. Select Jacqueline and Cyrus. Provide your travel details if you have them. The cost of your lodging and meals for the entire weekend is $300 per person ($600 per couple).

We kindly request guests to dress is semi-formal wear for the welcome dinner and black tie for the wedding ceremony. The wedding ceremony will be outdoors, so please consider seasonal conditions (and footwear) as applicable. Additionally, the cottages are spread across the 54 acres of Hawkesdene and walking throughout the property will occur throughout the weekend, please take this into consideration. Golf-carts will be available for guests if assistance is needed getting around the property. On property there are hikes and a waterfall, so if you would like to explore please pack appropriate clothing and footwear.

Guests are welcome to bring whatever they need to feel comfortable throughout the weekend. We suggest stopping prior to arrival to get specific drinks/snacks etc so that you arrive with everything you need and do not have to go off property!

Once we receive all RSVPs your accommodation is reserved. We will place families, couples, and individuals accordingly.

In order to make sure everyone of our families and friends could be included and provide accommodations we kindly request this to be an adult-only affair. We love your little ones, but we hope you can join us for a special evening just for adults.
