Please arrive promptly 30 minutes prior to ceremony start time by 3:30pm. Guests are invited to arrive as early to the venue property as 3:00pm to seat themselves and mingle in the outdoor ceremony location. Any guests who arrive later than 3:55pm may be asked to stay in the Lodge or cocktail/reception area to wait for the ceremony to conclude to ensure there are no disruptions during the processional and ceremony. Transportation will be provided to and from the Hilton Garden Inn in Preston, CT where the Hotel Block for our party has been booked. Guest’s that are not intending to stay at the hotel Saturday evening may arrive to the hotel parking lot between 1:00pm and 1:30pm and catch the complimentary transport shuttle to the Venue and back the day of the wedding.
