The Ceremony, Cocktail Hour, and Reception will all take place on site at Bear Brook Valley.

Shuttles will be available to and from the Courtyard by Marriott (Rockaway-Mt. Arlington). Two shuttles will leave the hotel and be back to pick up guests after the event. If you decide to drive yourself to the wedding, there will be free on-site parking available. The address for the venue is 23 Players Blvd, Fredon Township, NJ 07860 and the address for the hotel is 15 Howard Blvd, Mt. Arlington, NJ, 07856.

The ceremony will start at 5:00PM, and should run until about 5:30PM. From there, the cocktail hour will begin and continue for an hour and a half. At around 7:00PM, guests will move up to the second floor, directly above where the cocktail hour is for dinner and the reception. The event will be wrapping up around 10:30-11:00PM , which is when shuttles will arrive to bring guests back to the hotel.

Dress code is semi-formal/cocktail attire.

The earlier the better!

Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

If weather permits, the ceremony will take place outside. Cocktail hour and the reception will be inside, with the option to step outside and enjoy the grounds.

There will be an open bar. The bar will open during the cocktail hour and will be open until the end of the wedding. The bar will serve wine, cocktails, and over 70 draught beers.

Unfortunately, this is an adult only event.
