5:15pm- shuttle arrives at hotel (Hyatt Regency) to transport guests to venue

6:00pm- Guests are seated for ceremony at The Mansion at W. Sayville (upon arrival guests will be escorted to the dock by mansion staff)

7:00pm Cocktail hour (guests will be escorted to the patio by mansion staff after the ceremony)

8:00pm Reception/dinner begins

** from 6pm-12am the shuttle will be making trips between the venue and hotel (Hyatt Regency) for guests as needed**

11:45pm sparkler exit

12:00am final shuttle leaves the mansion to return guests to the hotel (Hyatt regency)

There will be a drop in breakfast in the Hyatt Regency's terrace ballroom. The bride and groom will be present from 9am-11am. Breakfast is optional at a charge of $25 per person for buffet.
