What date should I RSVP by? What is the best way to RSVP?

What is the address of the wedding ceremony and reception venue?

The ceremony and reception are at the same spot, Clementine Hall! 4710 Charlotte Ave, Nashville, TN 37209 https://maps.app.goo.gl/MgGhD4wUV3ckX3un8

Is there parking available near the venue?

There is an abundance of free public parking spaces in Richland Park across the street as well as on-street parking. Charlotte Avenue is not that busy in the evening, and there are two crosswalks, one at 49th St and one at 46th St (Murphy Rd).

Have you reserved blocks of rooms at one or more hotels?

Yes! We have reserved a block of rooms at The AC Hotel in downtown Nashville. Please see the "Travel" section of our website for more info.

What is the dress code for the wedding?

Black-tie optional. We ask that men wear a suit and tie or tuxedo and women wear an evening gown or midi or knee-length cocktail dress. We encourage our guests to wear darker jewel toned colors (emerald, burgundy, plum, sapphire, black etc.) to tie in with our dark and moody theme :)

What is the dress code for the Welcome Party?

The Welcome Party on Thursday evening (aka Halloween!) will be a masquerade party. We encourage you to wear a mask!!

Am I allowed to bring a plus one?

Unfortunately, due to budget and space limitations, we simply can’t afford for all of our lovely guests to bring a guest of their own. Therefore, we ask our guests to please not bring a plus one, unless they are specifically named on the invitation. Thank you so much for understanding!

Am I allowed to bring my children?

We love your children, but unfortunately we cannot host any children at our wedding. We appreciate your understanding!

What type of food will be served?

We'll be serving hors d'oeuvres at cocktail hour and at the reception we will have food stations with several types of cuisine to choose from. There will also be an open bar available the entire evening!

Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Both the reception and ceremony will be indoors! However, there is an outside area/courtyard if you want to get some fresh air.

Will there be a shuttle to and/or from the hotel?

There will be no transportation service provided, so Uber and/or Lyft are your best bet! Keep in mind the wedding is at 5pm on a Friday, so factor in time for potential rush hour traffic.

What time should I arrive at your wedding ceremony?

Our ceremony will begin at 5pm, so please arrive with time to spare before then. We recommend arriving no later than 4:30pm

What time will your wedding reception end? Is there an after-party?

The reception will be over at 10:30pm and yes we are having an after-party! Hope you all will be there to continue the fun!

Where should we bring/send our wedding gift?

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for! If you would like to honor us with a gift, you can have it delivered to our home in Nashville. A wedding card box will be at our reception.
