Hotel check in:

Check in is guaranteed at 4PM and early check in will be based on availability. They are willing to hold luggage if needed and deliver to the rooms when ready. They also have public restrooms in the lobby if needed.

Due to our ceremony taking place at 4:30pm and check in at the Hampton Inn and Suites is at 4pm, please plan accordingly. They cannot guarantee early check in but we suggest you call the morning of to see if anything is available.

Shuttle / Transportation

We will provide shuttle transportation to and from the Hampton Inn and Suites in North Conway, NH.

The bus will arrive at 3:15pm and will depart at 3:30pm to arrive at the venue for the ceremony and reception for 4:00pm. There will be 2 times you can choose to head back to The Hampton Inn & Suites after the reception: 10:15pm and 12:15am.

If you prefer to head back to the hotel earlier, please schedule a Taxi with Fast Taxi ahead of time (Uber/Lyft can be unreliable in Tamworth).
