We met as teenagers in high school, both too shy to speak to one another. We had a few classes together and spoke briefly but couldn’t muster up the courage to take things any further. After high school we met up with a mutual friend and hung out off and on throughout the year, but it wasn’t until 2019 that we really began to explore our connection. In January of 2020 we finally admitted our feelings for one another and on February 14th, 2020 we went on our first date. March 16th, 2020 is when we made things official, with no knowledge of what was to come. (We won’t say the C-word). Although the world shut down we continued to get to know one another. We celebrated our one year anniversary, then two years, and so on. Fast forward to July 2nd, 2024 when we got engaged and February 7th, 2025 when we tied the knot in our home.
